Good

The house is overall nice, modern and big. Location is very good, closed to main attractions, many markets arround, bus stop, metro station is closed. The house owner is very friendly and helpful and let us to check out 1 hour later. Thank you!

The house was damp, there were cockroaches and it constantly stank of dampness. There was no ventilation in the bathroom of top floor. Dishwasher machine was operated not good. We were with children and there are no any washing machine, which is very inconvenient for long stay with family.

Nice quiet and clean apartment but with a bit more attention to detail the rating could be higher

Spacious clean and very quiet also 2 bathrooms helped even though the downstairs shower was not as good as upstairs and took time to sort the shower head

Did not have anyone to greet us which was sad only saw the cleaner who spoke no English at all, there was also no useful information no map no instructions on how to work the tv which we struggled with and the big clock on the wall had stopped which was annoying a simple battery and very small changes would make the apartment feel more homely and up the ratings

Good location in a very diverse part of the city close to great restaurants and city centre.

Simple and not expensive apartment. Good for a few days.

Central location, easily accessible. The apartment works with a code, easy to use.

The apartment is clean, but we also found some small bugs.

Great location to explore Lisbon and to relax after a long day out.

The location was awesome - very central yet quiet. Very comfortable and cozy appartment, clean and equipped with all you need.

Wonderful

Nice and clean place not far from a metro station and near some good seafood restaurants, lots of supermarkets around.

Lack of simple things like salt, sugar, usually this things are available at other places I stayed in. Lack of any communication with the owner.

Good location

Good locatiion, walking distance to main attractions. Must try a famous seafood restaurant nearby, Ramrio. Very spacious for a family with 2 bedrooms, though we two only use one.

No shampoo and shower gel.

A good place for a city break

The flat is spacious and very clean. Well equipped and within easy walking distance to two metro stations. It is in a little side street so very quiet. Walkable to the main restaurant areas and the start of the 28 tram. The host is very responsive and helpful and overall we enjoyed staying in the apartment

The area is slightly run down with a number of rough sleepers in the Martin Muniz square. That said, we never felt unsafe The TV wasn't working and is not a smart TV. Not a big deal, but would be nice. We were not very happy that we returned from having a coffee on our morning of departure to find the cleaner already in the apartment- quite some time before check out.

really close to the center area and nice apartment

traveled as a group of 5 and unfortunately couldn’t use the sofa in the kitchen area because of the bugs moving around the kitchen and sofa. We slept 3 persons in a bed of 2. In this area of the city are a lot of bugs in the sewage system.

Good stay near the necessary site

Good location and close to metro and not far from city center. For Lisbon it is really small climbing. Spacious rooms and good beds. All necessary equipment and utensils are there. Easy check-in and good communication with host.

Creaking door to bathroom. Very loud!

Spacious and location. Communication from owner. Clean and comfortable.

The sofa bed is a bit old and the cushions needs to be washed. It would be great if u leave tea bags and sugars and small items like that just to have something in the morning.
